Newland/CPI leverages the knowledge of principals and consultants in 60 partner firms. In addition, our Central Florida and Puerto Rico staff has proven over time that the quality and results of their work is second to none. Here are some of them.

Robert Newland - Chief Talent Strategist at Newland/CPI. He is also the Chair of the Latin American Division in Career Partners International. Graduated in Management, Mr. Newland has been in the Talent Management Business for over 15 years with a track record of success in the consulting services arena. Among the companies he has collaborated with are Allied Signal, Hershey Foods and Johnson & Johnson.

Royal Lantz- Director, Talent Acquisition. He has over 20 years of management experience in a variety of industries. Most notably, he was Managing Director of the Right Management Consultants’ Orlando office and has performed executive search services for various firms at the national level for positions in human resources, sales and marketing and technology. Prior interventions include services for General Electric, Paychex and AT&T.

Carol Ahsaf - Director, Talent Development. Ms. Ahsaf is a Certified Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in the human resources, organization development and training. Among her prior experiences she has been VP of Human Resources for CNA Insurance in Orlando and the advertising firm Saatchi in New York. Some of her clients include Wachovia, Goodyear and Pitney Bowes.

Edwin Martinez - Practice Leader, Talent Development. For over 20 years, Mr. Martínez has been an educator, entrepreneur, management executive and consultant. He provides consulting and training expertise for the development and implementation of programs that enhance individuals and groups, and their abilities to perform. He has worked for companies like Martin Brower, Wal-Mart and Gerber.

Ray Svoboda - Senior Talent Management Consultant. A former GE Capital Managing Director of HR, Mr. Svoboda’s expertise spans over 20 years in staffing, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management and international HR.

Ana Casillas - Talent Management Consultant. Having worked for Kelly Services, she moved to Cingular as an HR Generalist, prior to joining Newland/CPI. Most of her project interventions have been in the human resources and recruitment areas. In addition to her MBA, she is also certified in Targeted Selection by DDI.

Vilma Maldonado - Talent Development Consultant and is certified by the Jack Phillips Center of Research in measuring Return on Investment for training programs. She is an expert in the delivery training programs in diverse professional skills, human resources and management & supervision.

In addition to this talented group of professionals, the Newland/CPI’s Central Florida and Puerto Rico offices have develop a pool of additional consultants utilized on a per-project basis to cover a diverse range of expertise in the Talent Management field.
